Postdoctoral Researcher at Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso (LNGS-INFN)

I am working with neutrinoless double beta decay and dark matter in CUORE/CUPID/CRESST experiments.

Neutrino and Dark Matter

I am interested in understanding the fundamentals of our Universe. Some of the questions I got involved are related to the mass of the neutrino and the nature of dark matter. img

Nuclear and Particle Astrophysics

Also, I am interest in the origin of the heavy elements in the Universe. From the experimental point of view, I am interested mainly in measurements of cross sections and nuclear structure properties of isotopes that can be produced in stars. Futhermore, I am also involved in simulations of the r-process to understand better what are the stellar conditions to produce them. img

Medical Physics

I also collaborated with medical and applied physicists, especially with the development of new isotopes to treat cancer and trace element analysis. As a physicist it is important to help the development of our society in more direct ways. img
